Realtionship With Alcohol 2008

When it comes to alcohol, the festive season can be an excuse to throw the rule book out the window.

Come January, many of us are physically heavier..with a wallet that's lighter.

Take time this 'new year' to assess your alcohol in-take, do you know how much is too much?

It’s easier than you think to cut down your alcohol consumption! You don’t have to stop drinking entirely, but by reducing your in-take, you can have a positive impact on your health, wealth and lifestyle. Benefits include

More time with the family that would normally be spent recovering…

More money to spend on other pastimes or items

More enjoyment and appreciation of alcohol when you do drink in moderation AND more money to spend on perhaps a better wine

I don't think people realise how many units of alcohol are in a big glass of wine so its easy to overdo it unintentionally. Wine strengths are 11-14% generally which means you can easily have 3 units in one glass!
