St Andrew's Day w/c 24 Nov 2008
One Scotland campaign aims to raise awareness of racism and why it is damaging to Scotland, while at the same time helping to promote and celebrate the benefits of living in our diverse, multicultural society.
Racist attitudes and behaviour, whether intentional or unintentional, have a huge impact on individuals living in Scotland, and our society as a whole, as well as how we are viewed by the rest of the world.
St Andrew's day is an ideal opportunity for everyone to think about their own attitudes and behaviour, as well as recognise and challenge racism and help make Scotland free from prejudice. Scotland's many cultures contribute to our strong and inspiring national identity.
